About the Technician
Meet Tim, Our Resident HVAC Expert
Our technician, Tim, brings expertise to his services with both formal training and almost 30 years of hands on experience. He trained at both the North and South Campuses of Hennepin Technical Colleges before his HVAC career began in 1994. He worked as a technician for nearly 10 years with a local utility company, Centerpoint Energy. At this position he was trained in furnace inspections, the properties of natural gas and CO, and Tim also responded to service calls on furnaces, air conditioners, and other appliances.
From 2004 on, Tim has worked as a union pipefitter where he gained experience on all things HVAC. This experience includes residential and commercial rooftop units, refrigeration equipment, piping, boilers, and installation of all types of residential and commercial equipment.
Tim started his own business in 2000, and has worked all over the Northwest Minnesota Metro area since. His business provides installation and service on a wide array of HVAC and other equipment. Tim holds competency cards for both Minneapolis and St. Paul in addition to city licenses with several surrounding cities. He was NATE Certified in 2005 and works on an HVAC website helping people troubleshoot on their own.
